You do not need to have it all figured out before you get in touch. If you know your website needs sorting but you’re not sure whether you need a standard website, bookings, an online shop or something else, that’s completely fine.

Just tell me what your business does, what you’ve already got, and where you’re feeling stuck. I can help you work out the simplest option that makes sense.

What to send me

To make things easier, it helps if you include:

  • What your business does.

  • Whether you already have a website or need one from scratch.

  • Whether you need a standard website, bookings, an online shop, or you’re not sure yet.

  • Any links to your current website or social media.

  • Anything that feels urgent, confusing or annoying right now.

What happens next

Once you fill in the form, I’ll read through it and get back to you by email. I’ll let you know what I think would be the best fit, what the next step is, and whether I think I’m the right person to help.

There’s no discovery call, no awkward sales chat and no pressure. Just a straightforward reply from me.

A quick note

I work with small businesses that want something clear, useful and manageable - not a giant over complicated setup they’ll regret later.

So if you’re after something practical, thoughtful and done in plain English, we’ll probably get on well.

Need help putting it into words?

That’s completely fine. You do not need to know the 'right' website term before you get in touch.

You can say things like:

  • I need a brand new website.

  • My current website is not doing the job.

  • I need people to be able to book online.

  • I’m not sure what I need, but I know this isn’t working.

  • I want something clearer, easier to manage and more professional.
